QuickBooks Online Integration
Key Takeaways: Syncing Transactions to QuickBooks Online
- Push coded transactions from Extend directly into your QuickBooks Online general ledger.
- Ensure seamless reconciliation with data mapped to the correct accounting fields.
Once transactions clear in Extend and have been coded to an account expense category, you can push them to your QuickBooks Online general ledger. Extend also syncs receipt attachments and transaction metadata to your QuickBooks general ledger.
How it Works
In the Extend web app, navigate to the Accounting or Card Transactions from the main menu.
- Select the transactions you wish to sync to your general ledger using the checkboxes on the left side of the list. Be sure each transaction has a tagged account expense category.
- After you’ve selected the transactions, click “Sync with QuickBooks” at the bottom of the page.
